Lynn Nye, PhD
President
Known in the industry for her sound strategic thinking, Lynn has directed national and international educational and promotional initiatives for multiple biotechnology, pharmaceutical, device, and diagnostic companies.
Her diverse therapeutic experience spans categories including dermatology, diabetes, gastroenterology, infectious disease, neurology, obesity, oncology, and women’s health. Patient advocacy is one of Lynn’s interests, and she has worked closely with the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship (NCCS), with whom she was instrumental in creating the award-winning Cancer Survival Toolbox®. Currently, she serves on the Project Advisory Council for the National Association for Continence.
Over the past 25 years, she has contributed to diverse therapeutic areas while working on national and international programs for pharmaceutical, biotech, and device companies that include AstraZeneca, Agouron/Pfizer, Baxter, CancerVax, Chiron, Dexcom, Elan, Galderma, Genentech, Genitope, Genoptix Medical, Genzyme, Human Genome Sciences, IDEC, INAMED, Medicis, Monogram Biosciences, Novacea, Novasys Medical, Roche, TAP Pharmaceutical, Sequenta, Takeda, and Veracyte.
Lynn began her career in England, earning an MS in biochemistry and a PhD in immunology at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital in London and the Middlesex Hospital Medical School of London University, respectively. After working in several of the major London teaching hospitals, she joined the diagnostics division of Corning Medical in the UK and subsequently relocated to the US, where she was promoted to Worldwide Marketing Manager. From 1996 to 2003, Lynn served at Biogenesis/Torre Lazur McCann Healthcare West, where she was promoted to Executive Vice President, Managing Director, and from 2003 to 2007, she was Managing Director of Helix Medical Communications in San Diego.
